What skoup does with Shopify
skoup reads the catalog of your Shopify store: products, variants, prices and stock. It uses it as the reference to judge what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity say about your products.
Sync goes through Shopify webhooks: a price changed in the store is known to skoup with no import to rerun. An alert about a wrong price therefore compares the answer with today's price.

A quoted price that is not yours, a stock-out that does not exist: every gap is flagged with the words of the answer and the cited source.

From the Growth plan, skoup writes the description, SEO title, meta description and barcode into your store. Never the price. Every change can be rolled back for 30 days.
Orders attributed
An order is attributed to an assistant when the visit that converted came from it. skoup only keeps the country of the order: no name, no email, no address.
